‘Bring Your Own Beamer’ is coming to Amsterdam for a one night visual exposition open to everyone.
B.Y.O.B is an international series of one night events that have already been held in over 25 cities including Berlin, Athens, London, Los Angeles, New York, Mexico City and Paris.
The open concept is as simple as it is effective:
One night only, one empty space and as many beamers as possible to transform the white walls into a dynamic and ever changing exposition.
B.Y.O.B is an exploration of the medium of projection, a celebration of the new world we live in and a glimpse of what visual experiences could look like in the future.
So far the exhibiting Visual Artists and Agencies will include:
Royalsteez, GUP Magazine, Natwerk, Joost Olsthoorn, Maarten Rots, 00:00:01s, Jasper Elings, Vanja von Sek, Peter van der Heijden, Your Cup of T, Jerome de Lint, Ginta Tinte, Asli Toy, Lemonade, Daphne Channa Horn, Fvdboom, Helma van Nuenen, Roberto Rizzo, Light Therapy, Jeannoux van Deijck, Fieke van Berkom, Larissa Lokenberg and many more still to come..
The venue, Workspace6, is located in central Amsterdam is greater than 250sqm with 4 metre high ceilings. The beamers will be placed in several locations within the space creating a 360 degree projected visual experience.

The event is due to start at 19:00 till 24:00 on Friday July 1st.
